Which language should you work on in Switzerland?

Swiss German is the most common language in the workplace (over 60%), followed by Standard German (over 30%), French (almost 30%), English (around 20%) and Italian (just under 10%).
More than 40% of the population over 15 years old is fluent in at least two languages.
