    • To improve the quality of essentially oral exchanges in concrete professional situations, relating to the field of customer relations and similar professions
    • To develop vocabulary specific to the profession in question and to acquire real oral fluency.

    • Level certificate (CEFR) mentioning the language skills specific to the trade.
